Bidra med feedbackBusy place with a lot of locals coming in for take away. Great food home-made quality of food, my highlight will be lasagna, quiche and sausage rolls. Coffee is not the best, but definitely one of the little cafe that I have a craving to eat once in a while.
Great food and coffee but small and not appropriate for children. We got ushered to the 'Garden courtyard ' which is really an alley with 2 person tables only. Bit cold and dingy.
Brighton local Bossy Boots is not just known for its cosy eat-in vibes, but also its gourmet take home food offerings. Chefs Ben Forehan and Rachael Browne, who have backgrounds covering Stokehouse, Circa and Dench Bakers, have been producing healthy, but hearty and boldly flavoured takeaway meals through Bossy Boots for the last seven years.
From the moment we entered the staff were welcoming and attentive. We were quickly shown to our table and coffee orders taken : We asked for recommendations with dishes and when the food arrived we weren't disappointed! They were full of flavour and such generous serves! Highly recommend this Brighton gem!
In Bay Street, this cafe stands alone but is very popular as it offers a good range of breakfast lunch delights. Also desserts which look home made but didn't try any this time. I must say the hot chocolate was lovely rich served up with marshmallows which is not often done these days! Friendly service efficient despite being busy.
