We had a lovely evening and would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in search of genuine Indian cuisine.

Excellent food and service. Would come back. It's a sweet little jewel. I had a beautiful goat shell corma style. Super juicy and the sauce was full of taste.

I must confess that we were quite disappointed with our experience at this restaurant. A Nepali waitress informed us that she was not familiar with the menu and did not offer to seek assistance from her colleagues. We were supposed to order our favorite dishes in advance as they take a long time to prepare. However, the Daal we ordered was undercooked and had to be returned to the kitchen to be re-cooked. This is quite surprising as Daal is a staple in Indian cuisine. The staff initially denied that the Daal was undercooked, which was frustrating. Overall, the atmosphere, some of the staff, and the food were all subpar. Additionally, the prices were significantly higher than similar restaurants in the area. I hate to be harsh, but honesty is important. It's time for the restaurant to step up its game.

We had a booking in the nearby Russian restaurant, but when we showed up, we padlocked. The search for Bala Da Dhaba was a happy accident. The food was good, and the service was friendly and efficient.

A great dinner that was very enjoyable. The lamb curry was nice and tender and not tough or fatty at all.
