Kfc - Glen Carbon

Went to order Sunday for dinner 3 piece dinner original chicken. Mashed potatoes with a drink etc paid every bit of $12.00 for this meal. Get home the taste is HORRIBLE! Omg absolutely horrible the grease was very very dark and super old smell and tastedlike LAST YEAR GREASE I literally got some napkins tried to get the grease off the chicken definitely not fresh at all I wasgiven old chicken . I drove 20 mins for this meal lost out on gas and money for a meal . Came back letting them know whathappened and even showed pictures they said they understood and replaced the meal with no problems but now same situation veryold grease I asked for original got something else instead it was very dry and over cooked they was rushing don?t at this momentI just left I don?t think I will ever be back.

They didn't have popcorn chicken for the famous bowl so they asked if I was ok with a single chicken strip on the top which is a lot less than you would normally get, it came with a soda and it tasted like it was sitting out for hours and tasted watereddown. The cheese was not melted very well.

Absolutely terrible! The chicken in the mashed potato bowl was a greyish color and most pieces were about the size of a dime. It seriously looked like the chicken you find under the fryer. The bowl was maybe 65% full. Even the gravy looked like it hadbeen sitting there for days. I ate maybe 3 bites and threw the rest away. This is not $13/hr food. It is maybe $3/hr food. I guess at least the biscuits were edible. I hope

Ordered8pc meal w 8fingers came w 3 sides n biscuits. Wasn't given slaw wasn't informed they were out of it and wasn't offered a replacement also no sauce for fingers.

In July 2022 we went through the drive through and ordered Extra Crispy Chicken. They said it would be about 10 minutes so we paid and parked. About 15 minutes later, the manager, CORY, came out to the car and apologized for the wait, but it would beanother 20 minutes wait for the Extra Crispy Chicken. He substituted for Regular Chicken and told us he would make it up to usnext time we were there. In August about 45 days later, we were back in Glen Carbon and went in. Cory duplicated our originalorder and added a couple of extra pieces of chicken. The order was almost $30 and he was true to his word and there was nocharge. I was surprised at his keeping his word. We went home very impressed with Cory and ate our dinner which was great. Wewill keep going there.
