Deven's Canopy - Glen Burnie

The Canopy was a Pit Sandwich and Fries staple in GB for years, until it closed a few years ago. When Deven reopened it, I just so happened to be the 2nd customer in line and the sandwich and fries were better than I remebered. The Canopy is back, and better than ever!

Have not been there for a while but so glad I came back. Fresh new interior and FANTASTIC food. Pit beef juicy and cooked to order. Fries hot right out of fryer. I will be going back again and again! Loved it!

They fixed my BBQ craving. Nice little place, was clean and neat. Very good food. Went at lunch time(1230-1) and didnt have to wait long at all, prob 10 mins or so after ordering everything was ready. The guy at the counter that took our order was very polite and helpful. Very reasonably priced and large portions. My husband got pulled pork sandwich and mac n cheese, he devoured it. I got ribs and baked beans. The ribs were amazing super tender I used a fork to eat them to keep my hands clean(I ate in the car) perfect amount of bbq sauce and seasoning. The baked beans were okay. They have brisket in them but a lil too soupy for my liking. This is one of the only places I know that had Birch Beer as a fountain soda and I love it cant get enough! Overall good experience, delicious food, and nice people. Will absolutely be back again and soon!
