This place is definitely deserving of 5 stars. Great service, ambience and food quality. All of the seafood options were fresh. My friend and I loved the crab balls, snow crab, sea scallops, black mussels and head on shrimp. The medium Cajun sauce was a lil too hot for me. I loved the garlic butter and lemon pepper mild seasoning. The lady who served us it was actually her first day working and she was perfect. You get great value for what you pay. We probably had a least 6 snow crab legs to get our s worth. The restaurant can get loud on the weekends considering theres a DJ. Location itself is fairly safe with security at the door. I didn't see my families here either. Considering the restaurant was busy all of the servers and runners were great at taking care of us. I would definitely return to try some of their other menu and drink items.
The Food Was Bland And Overpriced, The Waiter Only Came To Our Table To Bring Our Drinks And Food. We Had To Flag Her Down For The Check. On Top Of An Undeserved $15 Gratuity Charge. I Got The Deluxe Combo And There Was Only One Sausage Slice ?
I will not step foot here again. Took over 30mins to get a server, then insisted my little daughter will also be charged for all you can eat even though she doesn't eat seafood. We told her we'd just order sides for her but she declined, i should have left . Just know your kids will be charged here even if they don't eat. Terrible Then a compulsory gratuity plus tipKid-friendliness: Not kids friendly. No kids menu compulsory kids fee.
I don't know what to think about this place. They definitely are heavy with some kind of spice in the seasoning and it permeates the entire place; you notice it as soon as you walk in and it's not agreeable.Everything is bathed in butter. There are no utensils and our waiter took 10 mins to come back to us with a claw cracker. Apparently there was only one in the entire restaurant? Hard to get into a snow crab leg without one though so not sure about their strategy here. But even after we cracked into the leg we were disappointed. All of the seafood is tough and seems like it's just spent too much time in the boil water. The clams were tiny and the lobster tail was probably 2 or 3 ounces; no joke. Nothing was worth the money and together with really mediocre service, there's absolutely no value with this place. It is clean and well decorated I guess. The bar seemed busy and we got to say hello to the armed security guy by the entrance when we left so that's good I guess.
