Accessible, but a little cramped. Tons of parking, plenty of accessible spots. Helpful staff, friendly and patient no matter how disorganized your group is, ha! LI love Crabtowne USA, been coming for years, since before its renovation.The staff are really organized and kind, though they seem to either run behind or just not want to deal with customers. Understaffed, perhaps?The food is always fresh and delicious, and you get a good amount for the price you pay.For years I've been going here at all hours. Not once have I ever felt unsafe or unable to approach the staff.The video games are always clean and operational. There are a ton of stools for people who can't stand that long and there are tables to put your food or drink down so you don't have to have them near the games.The place is well lit not so bright that you get a headache. There's music playing all the time. It's nice but it can get loud, so if you're hard of hearing and trying to hear a video game you might need hearing aids.I really adore this place and this last visit was for a party. It was great fun watching other people discover the place for the first time.

I have driven by Crabtowne for 40 years and never stopped in until now. Four of us went for happy hour and ended up getting 2 dozen crabs. They had $2.50 Coors Light pints and 1/2 price appetizers and our Old Bay wings were pretty good as well as the Rockfish bites and the half and half soup. Our medium crabs were fairly heavy and seasoned very nicely. Crabtown has that old school Glen Burnie feel with a nice casual local atmosphere. They had a room off to the side that must have had 100 old game machines and I spied some old pinball games I was familiar with. Our waitress April was excellent.

All the seafood was cooked perfectly, easy to access half crab and mussels, our waitress was very fast and friendly. My only gripe is that the mac n cheese side had almost no taste despite how good it looked.Food: 3/5

Plenty of parking. The crabs were good, but would have preferred more seasoning on the crabs. It was very light.The place has 2 bars if you just want a drink. This place has plenty to offer, other then just crabs. We had several sides and all were good.The service was top notch. I really enjoyed the arcade. Most of the games are only 25 cents to play.My only real negative which is not that big is we ordered cake as dessert. I got the Black Forest cake. It was very moist, but was missing that strong chocolate flavor and extra strawberry favor.
