Baskin-robbins - Glen Burnie

This place was closed at 8:20pm.The website and also the hours on the door says that it closes at 9pm. Hopefully management at this place can update their hours and keep the area informed with their new schedule. 8/15/2023 Tuesday

Why oh why do they bother to advertise themselves as a Baskins-Robbins ice cream store? Each and every time that I stop there for an ice cream, they either are out of the flavors or out of the hot fudge or something else. What gives with this place? How can an Ice cream store be out of ice cream? ?????????

Oh my goodness.... I called ahead looking for a chocolate ice cream cake. The young lady was pleasant and had very nice professional telephone etiquette. She helped me in explaining and checking their inventory. Overall I received great customer service!! My dad enjoyed his birthday cake!!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE .. HRS LISTED AS 24HRS AN IT OPEN UNTIL 9pm .. How lazy can You be to not change your hrs in Google ?? I wonder how much they worry about the maintenance of the interior….

The ice cream met the expectation, but everything else was underwhelming. The donuts were a little dry and it was only noon. The store also had a weird smell like an underarm body odor. The sweetness of the donuts made it unpleasant.
