Bidra med feedbackI am extremely busy person but I am taking the time to write this review. I am also going to look up the owner?s information and send him a letter or email. This was the worst experience that I?ve had at any place in my life. We walked in around 8pm and everyone was cleaning and talking to each other. A few of the employees looked at us, didn?t say anything and kept cleaning. I assumed that they were closed because there was no way that they disregarded me being in the store. I did a quick Google search and to my SURPRISE, they were open for another two hours. I asked the guy if they were still open and he replied, ?Yes, are you ready to order?? I said yes and he put the broom down and went straight for the gloves, as if he was going to start making my order. I asked him if he could wash his hands and he annoyingly said yes. By this point, I started rethinking ordering at all because that showed me how UNSANITARY they are! He came back over and I asked him if they always touch gloves and start making food WITHOUT washing their hands? He responded, ?Look, I just washed my hands, do you want to order or not?? I told him no and asked to speak to the manager. He told me that he was the manager. I asked who the store manger is and he said that he can give me his number. I told him not to worry, I will handle it. I started walking away and he started talking to his coworkers in Spanish and they started laughing. His name is Sam. I felt embarrassed but no worries Sam, I will see to it that that will be the last time you treat customers thar way.
If I lived closer to Qdoba in Short Pump I would certainly have to order from there more often. I am never disappointed with my meal. I got the nachos this time (sorry no photo) and as always they were delicious.
First time ordering at this location and we used online ordering. As we arrived, we noticed the cashier double checking a mobile order to ensure everything was there. She was extremely thorough and once completed she handed us the order and was so welcoming. We will be visiting again just because of her hospitality and demeanor. Thank you, Miedales! We appreciate the kindness and effort you place into your work.
Corey was AMAZING! He greeted everyone with a smile. He made sure we had what we needed. I could tell he was a manager. When I asked he said he was the general manager. That made his service even better to me. I told him he reminded me of the best boss I ever had at Taco Bell. He modeled for us everything he asked of us. Corey is a phenomenal example to/for his employees.
This is my second time ordering from this location on doordash. Both times they forgot at least 2 toppings. Whoever is completing the mobile/doordash orders needs to pay more attention. Also, my Lettuce was no shredded. There were huge chunks so it seemed like someone just pulled them apart a little. I'm not sure if they even actually made the guacamole because it looked like there were just pieces of avocado in my bowl. They were also very stingy with the cojita cheese. I guess the positive was the healthy spread of jalapeños
