Cook Out - Glen Allen

Food is great, but the dine-in customer service is horrible! The young lady who works the cash register, doesn't realize when she goes around the corner to fill our orders we can hear her talking shxt about the customers she just took the order of. Onecustomer she helped ordered 2 milkshakes and she was cussing and complaining for having to make so many shakes when its coldoutside. Its just sad and I kind of pity her?

Food was cold, including fries. Very sloppy and messy. Food was very hastily out together, no attention to detail. Chicken sandwich was low quality meat and tasteless. I expected way better from Cook Out.

The drive through progressed pretty quickly and the cashier was very polite. Unfortunately almost everything we ordered had an issue. The wrong drinks were given, there was cheese on everything although we explicitly said no cheese due to a dairy allergy(noted on the receipt as no cheese), no cajun seasoning on the fries (listed as cajun fries on the receipt), none of the sidesauces were present that were asked for and the wrong toppings were on the burgers. Definitely a bummer as the only thingcorrect was the side of hush puppies.

Quick, Inexpensive, Friendly Customer Service, Convenient Location, 40+ Milkshakes, Good Amount of Food for Trays, Clean Dining-room, and Fast Drive-through Service. My kids love to stop by here for Milkshakes, they have so many flavors to choosefrom. Food is nothing to brag about, but they have a good variety and you can feed the whole family without spending muchmoney. I had the pleasure meeting the young cashier Trisha at the ordering counter. She was very friendly and patient. This isthe only fast food place that I know of where you can get Fried Hush Puppies. Love them!

Amazing milkshakes for a good price! We had the banana fudge and mocha milkshakes, and both were excellent. The banana reminds me of homemade ice cream we used to make. Certainly a good portion of real banana in it!
