Roxbury Hotel - GLEBE

For inner city hotel with live music this place is excellent value. Three bands for $12 plus the bistro serves really hearty meals. Had very tasty parmigiana washed down with young Henry beer for less than $20. Very full afterwards just in time to watch bands. Parking can be challenging so find at least 2 hr spot off main road.

NO airs and graces just good old fashioned pub food. Love the burgers .Huge servings so be prepared to eat big...

It's easy to overlook the Roxbury restaurant, or all of Glebe for that matter, on a weeknight as the streets are very quiet.

The decor is ordinary and resembles a typical pub, creating a cold and uninviting atmosphere. The bar staff are overly enthusiastic and pushy in their attempts to promote the bistro. The daily $10 special is misleading and not as good as it sounds.

I visited this establishment for a comedy night. It was just an average pub, nothing extraordinary. The drinks were decent and the food seemed fine. Overall, I had a fun and entertaining evening.
