The owner is humble and attentive, making sure that your experience is top-notch. If you haven't tried their pizza, you're missing out. You won't be disappointed!
I ordered a calzone from Grubhub and left a negative review. The owner contacted me to apologize and was embarrassed that the calzone did not meet the business standards. They called me first thing in the morning to offer a replacement. Mistakes happen, but owning up to it and fixing it is something I truly appreciate.
