Tribeca Grill Woodlands - Glasgow City

This restaurant is like a taste of New York in Glasgow. I tried the pancakes with maple syrup and speck, and also had a strawberry milkshake. It was delicious. My only complaint is that the pancake portions are huge! However, they are made fresh and very good. I didn't try the burgers, but if they are anything like the ones in the US, this is the place to go.

The restaurant, styled like an American diner, has a charming interior and offers an extensive brunch menu. While it has the potential to become a local favorite, the staff seem to lack the hospitality required for exceptional service. I don't mind waiting for a drink or food, but the lack of genuine smiles from the waitresses and bartenders was disappointing. The portion sizes are generous, bordering on excessive.
