Mcdonald's Restaurants - Glasgow City

I came to McDonald’s Finnieston while visiting glagsow with friends and made a simple order of 2 wrap of the day (NO TOMATOES and a banana milkshake. Both my wraps came with tomato, wrap hadn’t been through the toaster and the milkshake was just mix (Out of banana syrup? WILL NOT BE BACK!

Health and Safety gone mad! Common sense completely out of the window. Tried to order food. In large vehicle and couldn’t get under the barrier. Manager wouldn’t accept a walk up order at drive thru window. Couldn’t down load app. Walked back and forwards 4 times through drive thru trying to resolve issue. Friendly helpful staff but half baked manager with no interest in helping customers.

On 30th December used McDonald’s drive thru at Finnieston Glasgow twice within 2 hours to place order and pick up and both time took around 10 minutes to enter the drive thru and leave. Now I have parking charge notice for GBP 100 from HX parking. Spoke with the customer service advisor over the phone from HX parking and was told I’m only allowed to use drive-thru once every 4 hours and I shouldn’t have returned for 4 hours after my first visit. It doesn't say on McDonald's website or even at entrance that there are restrictions on drive-thru that how many time you are allowed to place and collect you food order a day. HX threats if you don’t pay it will affect your credit score and they will get County court Judgement against you. If this is the case that you are only allowed once the Drive-thru every 4 hours there should be something in place advertising this. Since when you are not allowed back as returning customer at McDonald’s?

I had a fantastic day at the zoo today. I enjoyed looking at the meerkats and flamingos, though they were not as pink as I expected. The koalas were amazing, despite the long wait. The steep hill at the zoo was a challenge, but I made it to the top like a champ. I also loved seeing the penguins. Although I may have jokingly tried to take one home with me. The panda viewing at the end of the day was disrupted by a long queue of English tourists, but overall, it was a great experience. The maps provided were small, so it was hard to gauge the size of the zoo. I recommend wearing comfortable shoes for the visit, as I ended up with joint pain after walking around. Despite the pain, I had a wonderful time and would definitely consider returning in the future with better shoes.

Went through the drive thru at 11:30 to order food then went through again three hours later and received a parking charge. Contacted the parking company and they said that you are not allowed to visit the restaurant more than once in a four hour period. I have asked them to email me this but they haven’t replied yet. Contacted McDonald and they said that you can’t park in the Carpark over four hours which I never done I was there 20 mins the first time and 25 mins the next due to the length of the que
