Kfc - Glasgow City

Manky! The member of staff who physical handled our food had just returned from emptying the bin in the seating area and did not wash his hands he literally walked back from typing up a dirty bin bag ungloved to begging the counter handling chicken without washing his hands. I sent an email to KFC about this which also included images of the disgusting state of the floor in this restaurant but they did not care less and did not even respond which is the usual for a franchise, I’d definitely avoid this place as the feanchiesee is hiring cheap labour possibly illegal labour in my genuine observation.

I enjoyed a quick visit with my son en route to a football match at Hampden. Tasty chicken and chips. Great value. Probably not the best choice too often but nice for a wee change.

Went to this particular KFC as it’s on the way over to my mum’s in Cambuslang who we were visiting and bringing lunch with us (my 16 year old sons birthday treat as picked by him! I always find it rather curious that the staff at KFC never seem particularly friendly or engaging. I wonder what training they’re given on joining the company... There is no chat with them, when we received our order I asked for dips (which were included as part of the meal and if looks could kill I’d be dead! The young lady serving me couldn’t have been more irritated by my request, which I assume is part of the job??? Overall the food was good but the staff leave a lot to be desired, they could learn a thing or two from their rivals McDonalds!

You know what to expect at kfc and the standards don't slip here. Probably why I have a kfcaholic daughter. Eats that much she should be growing feathers

Amazing staff and food was delish . and only two mins from our room lol . deffo be back again . lets hpe the rio bites continue haha
