Excellent service staff really friendly beautiful atmosphere

We had lunch and both our meals were cold! The staff dealt with it fast and efficiently but at the prices you pay you’d expect hot food.

Treated ourselves to lunch in here after surviving Christmas shopping.We had a light lunch and a cocktail, really good. Quite expensive but worth it as a treat.

Usually in a place associated with a somewhat prices department store you would expect excellent service and a reasonable meal, they served us Thai fish cakes that definitely cooked from frozen with some old lettuce that was on the turn cucumber that I had requested not to make an appearance and soggy tomatoes, the only saving grace was that my glass of wine was good and the waiter had total empathy and wavered any charge but I would not go again if I ever visited overrated Glasgow.
