The food took more than 50 minutes to arrive. When it finally came, it was reheated and not what I had requested. The server had very limited English skills, and when I called to complain, she blamed me for always ordering the same thing. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again, as the experience was absolutely terrible.

This restaurant is renowned. The value you receive for the price you pay at a takeout place is exceptional. I order from here at least twice a week. I would even go so far as to say that this is the best Chinese takeout I've had in my 8 years in the UK. I give it a perfect 5 out of 5 rating.
