Bidra med feedbackVery self conscious and self aware place. Don 't get me wrong everything was very chic, cool, trendy but it all felt very self-satisfied and navel gazey to me. Beer was Ok, prices were.. Ok, toilets were. Ok, you get the picture. It was Ok. But very aware of itself. As Peter Griffin once said, It insists on itself.
This bar has a nice atmosphere, located away from the busy area. The staff is friendly and the drinks are good. Although I have not tried the food, it seems like a good place to stop by for a quick visit, but maybe not ideal for a long stay.
Nice and ambient if you want to escape the city centre hussle and bustle and in my case work. Warmly greeted and served promptly. Food was good however I feel ever so slightly over priced. Service when departing was efficient and felt welcome to return.
Friendly bar at perfect location, the music could be better...all ages mixed, not always good idea..!
Hidden on Mitchell Lane, this gem is easily overlooked by passerby. It expertly blends a cafe, bar, and pub all in one. The music selection is just right, never too loud or heavy, and there's even been a DJ spinning tunes to enhance the already great atmosphere. Their pints of Peroni on tap are top-notch and perfect for a night out with friends or family. This place is seriously underrated and deserves more recognition.
