Wendy's - Glasgow

Eating was terrible. I have cold nuggets in the car thru and when I told her they were cold, they gave me more, and they were also cold. I asked about my money back, then decided to repair fresh. I ordered 2 baconator burger 1 had absolutely no speck! Rude employees! and to distribute it, they had no coke!

Had door dash delivered and it was completely wrong. The driver calls them to offer going back and having it corrected and they were rude as could be to her. So I called long story short they said they were mailing me a coupon to replace the meal. It never came and I doubt it was sent. Have not been back since. Poorly run and bad management

1 star this place doesn't even deserve 1 star having to wait an hour and half in drive thru that is just to order and traffic is so backed up it is going into the road and let along people leaving the line WORST Customer service EVER!!!This place needs better management and better employeesFYI::::: put those cellphones dow and do a job correctly

It's a shame delivery drivers have to wait in a long line for over 20 min just to pick an order up! Hey Wendy's how about yall.not even offer door dash if you can't handle it! 25 min in a long li e for a couple of lemonade! Ridiculous

If you are a dasher visiting this area to dash in..I'd suggest declining Wendy's in Glasgow ky! You will have to sit in very slow long lines everytime! So you will loose money on better places. 25 min wait and this is everytime !
