I would give this restaurant five stars because they offer so many delicious vegan options at an affordable price compared to other vegan bakeries I have visited. The staff was also very nice and friendly. However, I am giving them four stars because when I entered, there was a man behind the counter who appeared to be the owner or manager, and he was having a very loud and angry political conversation with another customer. It was so loud that I could hardly hear the friendly cashier, and it was clear that he holds many bigoted opinions. This really ruined the mood for me and I ended up leaving quickly. By the time I got home, my brownie was cold.

The banana cake was really delicious. The food menu looked good, although I didn't try anything on it. Small cafe, the atmosphere could maybe be improved a bit, make it a bit more inviting.

I purchased Tapa bread from Roots Fruits and Flowers. The bread was amazing! It had a nice, crispy crust but was soft and chewy on the inside.

I visited in May 2007. The menu at the cafe was nice, but the atmosphere didn't seem very relaxing, so I decided to buy a Feta and Tomato tart to take away instead. It was absolutely delicious. They also had a small breakfast menu, but it wasn't to our liking, so we ended up going a few doors down to Tibo for their amazing and relaxing vegetarian breakfasts.

All sweet bakers are vegan, they even had battenburg! I was so excited that I've never seen it before. let me sit in there for a few hours, even really good cinnamon.
