Kfc - Glasgow

This KFC is pretty average. It would be better if they used cleaning products that could properly remove grease, so you don't leave looking like you just stepped out of a slip 'n slide.

The manager, Bryan, who was on duty was fantastic with us - very polite and well-mannered. Additionally, he is very handsome.

Was served by Sam Brown who prepared my meal quickly and efficiently very nice

Was waiting to order my food at KFC and I could see a young girl stacking the fridge when another female member of staff wearing glasses screamed at the girl to serve not asked but screamed at the girl and made the girl upset to much that she stated to cry while taking my order. I was not making any complaints about waiting until the girl had finished doing the job she was already doing so there was absolutely no need for the other member of staff wearing the glasses to scream at her work colleague absolutely no need at all. I expect the girl who screamed to be made to apologise to the other girl and for KFC or the franchise managers to make sure the girl in the glasses learned that under no circumstances should she think its ok to scream at another employee regardless of position in the company.

Chicken cooked nice but place is filthy OK its got lots of footfall but that should enable them to employ more cleaners. Macdo seem to manage it
