Chatime - Glasgow

After finally receiving a response on their Facebook page, Chatime refused to refund the drink claiming no one else had reported a similar incident. I find this hard to believe, given their track record of ignoring customer complaints. As a result, I have decided to switch to a different bubble tea chain and strongly advise others to avoid Chatime. Their customer service is slow to respond and unwilling to take responsibility for faulty products. It is disappointing that an international company would refuse to refund a single drink out of the many I have purchased. I regret having supported Chatime in the past and will not be returning. Shame on you, Chatime.

I absolutely adore this restaurant and their brown sugar roasted milk teas, but the problem is that they are not always open when I want to buy them. I walk by here multiple times a day and it seems like they are closed more often than they are open. It appears that this may be a franchise-operated store, but considering the exorbitant rent prices in that area of Sauchiehall St, I am surprised they can even stay in business since they seem to be closed more frequently than they are open. It's a shame because their bubble teas are truly fantastic.

Pretty confused with their opening times, seems to be open only when they feel like opening. On most days there is a 'be back in 5 minutes ' sign in front of the door with no one in the store. Sometimes there is someone in the store during so-called opening hours but the door is locked. It 's a shame because I do like their bubble tea :

Best authentic bubble tea taste in the city. Their tapioca is unbeatable and their toppings are all fresh and tasty. the staff are so kind and will help you order if you are unsure!

The customer service at this restaurant was very patient and friendly. I tried the brown sugar roasted milk tea that was recommended by the staff and it was delicious. It's the best milk tea I've ever had. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this place!
