Pizza Hut. - Gladstone

We ordered the big dinner box and it came with 2 a torpizzen, broth sticks, their choice of pasta or wings. it was really hot and fresh. they really need to watch what they order, especially online. they think they choose their options given to them on each article. it turns out that there are fees for everything. the one I noticed is that the lobby was closed, although the team member I spoke with said it was open.

I called the load to ask for tonight what an rude man also told me to go online for specials and order. I did that a special for $23, which had 1 large 1-topping pizza (which should have been pfefferoni) and 1 large 3-topping pizza (which should have been a deep plate chest with extra cheese speck ham and meatball) I kurbside pick up. the type brought 2 big pizza boxes before itdidnt come to me to check out them! I came home and found that I had 2 cheese-sepizzen. I called the filiale and a very black woman who meant to herself when the manager called my, she said they had done what came to them from the website and I said lady would never pay $29 for 2 cheese pizzas. She said good that you just did it! so that I got angry, she said they didn't refund my money or make the right pizzas! then she hung me up! big mistake! I called back that she hung me up three times. then I called the customer service number and jonathan helped me to say that he placed an order with the load to make them for tomorrow night at 17 clock correct pizzas. we'll see if this works! I'm glad I don't listen anymore! the manager must also be replaced asap!

We tried to order a pizza, no one answered the phone after 5 tries. the phone breaks to a call center that says a recording: "we cannot take their order....call local store" blah blah. the online order does not let them place half a half because I am vegetarian, my other half is meat lover. - so we drove by to see if we can place the order personally. manager said no, we have to call. what we can't do or place online .what we can't do. Pizza made perfect! it was quickly picked up by phone at the window and there is a good amount of toppings, even if it is a special price.

So me and my family eat here all the time and service always seems to be great they're very quick when we deliver and just as good when we pick up also here recently we had an issue with their 800 number which immediately the manager corrected and made right love ordering pizza from this Pizza Hut you guys rock
