Mcdonald's - Gladstone

The food was nice and hot. The coke was great. Better than other fast food sites.

Putting a sticker on an old Cheeseburger is not okay. These are the worst McDonald's we did! 1. We were asked to go forward, waited 5 minutes, then asked what we were waiting for. Our order was not complicated 3 double cheeseburger 1 of this Lite Ketchup Senf and Pickles, as the picture shows that not what I got, although it clearly placed a sticker on the Cheeseburger that was clear old. McDonald's has gone so far downhill, and this incident has confirmed McDonald's, will not get another dimm from this family. Avoid the McDonald's off Antioch in Gladstone, mo. If you want a chance of a good service and fresh food, you will not get it at any time or day.

I'm ready to take your order, and money to tell you later, the machine is down. Oh, but your welcome to wait 8 minutes for the machine self-cleaning.... like the chop is this fast food and what kind of business takes orders and money for services they cannot offer.

Good place. They always get the order correct and it's always ready when we get to the pickup window. The folks are always friendly and even though they are in Gladstone, they wear face coverings. I like that!

Unbelievably slow drive thru. Same thing, different day. Not to mention they don 't evenly switch between the the two lanes when taking orders. And we get home, and the little one says they didn 't give us the bbq sauce..but they always forget . Pfft, so true! The only positive was the cashier/s said thank you.
