Wow, this is truly amazing Chinese food! The only place I've had that measures up to it was Kim's Restaurant in Medford, Oregon, which is unfortunately no longer around.

I’m really saddened to see that this restaurant has closed after enjoying their food for over 15 years. While I'm happy for them as they retire, I will miss their friendliness and our favorite meals. Thank you for all the wonderful years, Happy Restaurant!
