Staff friendly, ice cream good, just a little pricey in my opinion. A quart of good ice cream at the store is $6, and that's the price of like 2 scoops here.

I’m not sure who the manager is at this location but they need to hire a new cake decorator. I ordered the polar bear ice cream cake and asked if they could make his ears look a little more pointed like a dogs ears and if they couldn’t do it, not to worry about it. So I go to pick up my order a week later and was left speechless when the lady opened my cake and surprised me with a trashy drawn on stick dog in black frosting! I guess the cake decorator thought I would absolutely love it better than the cake that I wanted, or they forgot about my order and came up with that idea last minute. It was an absolute joke to me and I told the lady that was not what I ordered and left. I was not going to pay $50 for a cake that I did not order and looked like it was decorated by a 6 year old. I will never order another cake from this location. What an absolute disappointment!

The employees slack off a lot. They aren’t very friendly to customers. The ice cream is good, the environment not so much.

Walked into this location to three girls working . Not one of the girls looked up to greet us. There was two other people in line and one of the girls was helping them but the other two girls never even made eye contact. Finally after 10 min one if the girls said can you help them. The girl was not wanting to at all and walked over to counter and said what did you want . We ordered and all the while the girl was annoyed. She gave us our ice-cream and it was so sloppy done. When we left not one word was said by any of the girls. These girls need customer service training for sure! I would be mortified if it were my business and my employees treated my customers like this. Wish I could have given 0 stars.

It was usual. Always a happy treat and a happy place. Cute, smiley folks and happy flavors.
