Domino's Pizza Bagsværd

Ordered Saturday 25 February 2017 two pizzas via phone from Ringsted (having been to sports event) and asked that they should be delivered approximately one hour after, i.e. at 1910. Start the car and hear a little later that a SMS comes. Czech SMS which informs that the pizzas will be ready 18.24. When I arrive about 1907 to Domino's pizza in Bagsværd, I ask if the pizzas are prepared for the agreed time, i.e. 19.10, or if they have been ready since 18.24, which was in the text. I get informed that the max. has been ready for 14 minutes. When I get home it turns out that the pizzas are cold. I immediately contact Dominos and now get a female employee to know that the shop staff has lied to me and that the pizzas have been prepared for me since 18.24. I now ask to get my money back, but it can’t be done. I must then use great oversight to be allowed to speak with the boss Fatih, which just informs that I can either take against some coupons or I would not get. I maintain my claim to get the money back, and intends to bring the matter to the top of the Domino chain, since I cannot imagine that a worldwide chain in the long run can afford to treat its customers so bad.
