Really like their hot milk tea. Exceptionally hot and it is so hot that cannot be achieved at home. Silky smooth and tasty. Will come back just for the milk tea.

Located at Richmond Center Mall, this bbtea cafe location was just recently renovated. <br/ <br/ Have definitely seen improvements in the quality of the food and dining ware. Portions used to be inconsistent and dining ware were quite worn out. Portions are great now and they have replaced the dining ware which looks more hygienic. Of course, with changes comes an increase in prices. <br/ <br/ Have come here twice since renovations and both experiences have been positive. Food is fresh and tasty. Just a warning: food may take a little time to arrive so be prepared to wait 15-20 minutes during busy hours. <br/ <br/ Service is average. If you don’t order a drink and only order water don’t expect them to come around to refill unless you ask. <br/ <br/ Cash and cards accepted which is a bonus as the Continental location only accepts cash. <br/ Ample parking. <br/ Avoid going during peak hours as they also get traffic from the mall. Dinner and mall closing hours are busiest.

Be careful with the waitress here. They are sniffing.

It's been a while since I was here, sticker shock on the cash prices 30 per person

The food was great, the service was fast, the only down side is that they dont take credit card. (Cash and e transfer only) first time paying with e transfer a resturant. Ordered the pearl bubble hot pot, to be honest, the soup was was too sweet. The 3cup chicken was really good though. Big portion that you will not able to finish in one meal. Also, orders are only taken by the app.
