Bidra med feedbackWe ordered 15 small cakes to celebrate Mother’s Day at home in a high tea style. Upon first inspection, the cakes looked very pretty and intricate. However, upon closer inspection, the cakes had blue spots all over them. For the price they charge, I would expect immaculate, well designed cakes. The looks aside, all but one of the cakes (the matcha) tasted extremely bland or the flavours didn’t match. To the point where none of our guests choose to finish their cakes.Overall, the experience was disappointing to say the least. The cakes were not held to the professional quality in either its taste nor aesthetics. It should not be priced the way it is.I hope the business changes it’s methods.
The design of the cake looks very good. Taste it's ok. I like the earl grey and lychee/raspberry flavors. More on the expensive side. No dine in.
Really pretty cakes, the aesthetic of the store itself is incredible. Props to whoever did the interior design.
Cakes are super pretty, but over priced and taste not good...
Passionfruit Chocolate Mousse Cake $10.25) Since I'm not able to travel to Japan right now, I guess I'll bring Mount Fuji home instead! The presentation of the cake was a stunning piece of art and definitely too pretty to eat! The chocolate mousse was creamy, smooth, and balanced well with the tropical fruitiness of the passionfruit center. The passionfruit center added a nice tangy flavour but wasn't overly sour. The colourful chocolate shell added a delightful crunch to the cake. Overall, I really enjoyed the presentation of these cakes but would've preferred the mousse to be a little richer to bring out the chocolate flavor. The cakes were definitely on the pricier side but you can always treat yourself one on special occasions! 8/10
