1) is a nice place with music 2) unfortunately is not a smoke free( I do smoke myself but it shouldn’t allowed indoors) 3) I didn’t like that the waiter came straight as we sat down to ask for our order, I haven’t even opened the menu 4) it’s an okay for me but it could be much better. Great cafe/restaurant. Delicious burgers for only 3€. Large selection of drinks, smoothies, coffee Every treat of sweets, for small money. The waffle for only 350 Lek was super delicious. You can only smoke here, so it smells a little cigarettes. But if you sit on the open window, it's okay. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
