Thirides Beach Resort - Githio

We didn't stay at the hotel but went for a swim in the pool after telephone communication. The bad thing was that, while it was not crowded at all, we were not allowed to use the sunbeds of the pool, only the use of table seats. In addition, the place was very well-kept, clean, the showers-toilets were well made and spotlessly clean. The pool is relatively small and shallow (under 1.80 depth), no diving and 15:00-17:00 closed for swimming. For starters we had coffee and an omelette which were excellent. For lunch we had carbonara made in the Italian style, with egg and not only cream galactos, macaroni ragout (with minced meat in our language) and dako with mizithra, tomato and basil. Normal quantities, incredible taste, everything is so delicious that perhaps the low prices are justified. The sea, 10 meters from the hotel, had the hotel's sunbeds and depending on your mood, you can either swim in the pool or the sea.

To be fair, the hotel has two small minuses. One is that it does not have a parking lot for the tenants' cars. You park outside on the dirt road with all that entails for your car. Dust, dirt and finally mud in its absolute glory. The other minus is that the outdoor spaces are quite limited. It has a swimming pool with some table seats and sunbeds for those who want to enjoy swimming there and nothing else. But the location of the hotel is amazing. Right on the sea with a very long sandy beach, clear waters and free sunbeds for the residents. The rooms could be a little bigger, but they are spotlessly clean and without knowing when they were built, they looked like new. The staff AMAZING. Even the owners with a smile on their faces go out of their way to serve you. After all, it is an accommodation that I could go to again...
