3 staff on duty and the tables needed clearing and the floor needed sweeping not to mention they had no 2nd meat for my pizza melt cos they ran out so doubled up on the salami....if I wanted to choose a 2nd meat I would be charged i was told ....but they can decide for you if they runnout
Went in to pick up my online order. Staff member was rude to me when I asked for my meal as I was pointing at it while saying my order name. Apparently I shouldn’t point at my order I should give the name of my order as there are other orders on the bench. Mine was the only one on the bench. I was speaking as I was pointing. Quite annoyed about being talked down to.
Terrible!!! Wanted to order 2 sub platters and a cookie platter. Couldn't order online as the app was down, waited a half hour for them to open it up only to find there is no opinions to pay with a voucher, fine, called to place order over the phone, nope, cant do that either, have to go in and order, pay and then wait for an hour+ for the platters. Super unhelpful and not very polite. Ended up going elsewhere, very disappointed!!
I was first in the shop approx. 11.50am, was not acknowledged by staff, waited standing there for 5 mins, while customers came in behind, maybe 7 in all. Finally got served, the bread was doughy, didn't taste nice at all. It seemed like they were too busy getting takeaway orders ready instead of serving the customers in the shop!!
