Shake Shack San Tan Village - Gilbert

Place is very dirty and all you see if workers hanging behind the counter talking and doing nothing. No clean tables, no paper towels in bathroom, food and junk all over. No supervisor on duty ? The kiosk ask if you want to leave a tip?! For what?! Gross

Excellent place to get a burger and a shake. Staff is friendly and the app makes ordering a breeze. My only issue is price, a double burger and shake will set you back about $16 before tip. That's a bit much for not even getting fries. Very good, quality ingredients but sometimes I decided to go to In-N-Out and save $5 with how expensive things are nowadays. Shake Shack has one of the best chocolate shakes out there though!

Shake shacks animal welfare policy is AMAZING. I’m so impressed in this day and age of people not caring, that they only buy from suppliers who HUMANELY raise the cows, pigs chickens. YAAAAY! Our server cashier was John and he was incredibly sweet, friendly professional. I ordered the veggie burger and it was absolutely delicious, one of the best vegetarian burgers I’ve ever had. QUALITY, HUMANITY, COMPASSION. Good job Shake Shack!!!!!

Pricy but delicious. The crinkle cut fries made it all the way home while smelling up my car AND WERE AUDIBLY CRISPY!!! CRISPY!! Spicy fries were just fries with Cajun seasoning so extra pricing for that is a little insulting. Ranch cup (factory filled and sealed) was only half filled. Don’t skimp on ranch. Especially when it comes with a menu items. You charge premium prices, I want a ranch cup that explodes with ranchy fullness. Maybe I want the ranch to spit a little onto my face. Maybe I’m into that. Ever thought of that in your consumer experience research? Ranch can be exciting if you let it. ;)shroom burger was nice. Small but crunchy and nice. Small shrooms are sad shrooms. Don’t fry the small sad ones. Fry the chonky caps. Name me one person that likes it small. Exactly.Veggie shack burger was nice. Patty was yummy. Less morning stary and more veggie patty with “stuff” in it. I like that it wasn’t crazy dry. Fried onions in a burger. Made me giggle because I thought I was a 15 year old hormonal guy eating whatever I wanted. But damn it was good. But I’d prefer a daddy shroom burger with regular fries. Didn’t try a shake tho. I’m not made of money you know.Buns were small so a small burger was inevitable. Not worth the price in this economy, but if you have sugar daddy or momma, go treat yourself you adorable hungry human. You read this review enough to have earned a burger.To Shake Shack: burgers should not cost that much. Shame on you. But also it was pretty good. Still…$9 come on!!!!! Are the wheat and potatoes from Ukraine!?And can you not shake Cajun seasoning on fries in a consistent coating? I'm not even kidding i'm at Shake Shack rn and i ordered a BLT they genuinely handed me just a tomato sandwich. LOL ok how do u actually mess that up??? no one in the restaurant either ... i hyped it up to my friend then ur gonna do me dirty like that ... smh very spooky of them. they did fix the problem but just . how did you even mess that up .
