Nice options to make your sub they way you like it, looks like they have a nice soup selection so I may come back if I have a craving... but I didn't enjoy the sub toasted, which is the standard way that make them, the ends became too hard and the crust of the bread crumbled all over me.

I?m new to the area so I?ve been trying out different food places. I came in today for lunch and my experience was great! The girl who made my sandwhich had great customer service, her name was Madison. I was very pleased with my experience here :

Love potbelly?s, but I do have an issue with the size of their milkshakes. It?s the size of a kids drink yet it cost $6 I don?t like that at all. I would like to at least get a decent size cup for the price you?re charging. I?m only complaining b/c the shakes are soooo good and go fast. Just feel like I?m not getting my money?s worth:

Got my pastrami sandwiches to go. Pretty good. Could have used more meat but still tasty. I of course went for the bogo buy one get one free deal. Potbelly always has good deals in the app.

It'd be one thing if marinara was completely forgotten on my meatball sub, but the fact that there's like a 1/4 teaspoon of Marinara on my entire sub is just strange. Like someone went out of their way to put literal drops of marinara on this sub lol. Marinara is the third most important ingredient. Right behind the bread and the meatballs.
