There was nothing wrong with my order because I never received my order.Google hours say open to 12am.Placed order at 9:35pm and it accepted said estimated delivery 10:35pm.After waiting until 11:15pm drove to store to see sign that says Sorry for the inconvenience but store closed due to employees.Why accept my order and charge my card for it?Didn't even receive a courtesy call saying hey we going to have to cancel.Last time this establishment gets any business.Chain needs to do better.
I had ordered a pizza online around 10:30 at night. I made sure they were still open before I ordered. It showed they were open till 1 AM. My order was successfully made. I got an email and text confirming it. The text had a link so I could track my order. I check it and it said they were making my order and that it would be delivered between 32-42 minutes. Great! As it got closer to the time I checked the tracking and it was still being prepared. No problem! It’s a Saturday night. I get it. Finally after about 30 minted after the expected time I tried calling in to see if I could just get an update on my order. It was just a busy tone. I tried again about 5 minutes later, busy tone. I waited about another hour and nothing so I just gave up. I called the next day. The guy that I spoke with informed me that they close at 10 due to short staffing. I completely understand it’s not his fault but why allow orders to come in if the store isn’t open. He told me that my money should go back on my card in a couple of days and that of it doesn’t I can call back then to get it taken care of. Like I put earlier, I understand being short staffed and not having normal hours.. but people shouldn’t be able to order online and get conformation emails saying that my order was successful and being prepped.

The service was fast and polite , but the marinara sauce was bitter/ sour, the crust was bland , and the pineapple was metallic tasting
The breadsticks were very dry/hard, maybe sitting around a while before I placed/received my order
