Panda Express - Gilbert

I'm coming to this Panda Express because it's the next for me. Whenever possible, I avoid this place for only one reason: part of food! This happened again: I ordered two panda dishes tonight. I don't see food before I leave the store. But after I went home with food, I opened the lid and found the lids were super clean. In fact, no part of the food touched the lid; the part of the food was literally 1/2 inch below the edge. It was just enough for my son... 2 bowls! Seriously stingy! With $8, you can get satisfied food in other places or restaurants. I think it's management, not employees.

2nd time this week I've ordered kung pao chicken. Both times, the Chicken wasn't eatable. Whoever is cooking needs to learn how to cut up the meat and discard the fat and gristle. Disgusting!! What did you think the customers wouldn't notice that?

What can I say, my daughter loves this place. It is just like you may remember from the mall. She enjoys the orange chicken and the cream cheese rangoons. It definitely brings back memories of eating this in the mall food court. Food is priced right and the selection is able to pull something for everyone.

Ordered online at 11am for 5:30pm. The system is great, it doesn't let them know there is an order until just before the pickup time. So your food is hot! Great service, clean location.

Waited a while before finally being helped. I must say the 2 people that helped me never smiled in fact no one there was friendly or seemed to be upbeat. The food at this location once again was not good the rice was undercooked and crunchy..yuck!! Also the food seemed to taste as if was old once again. Not a good experience!!
