Taqueria El Guero - Gig Harbor

Nice set up at the Spit. The food is great, but check your bag for guacamole if you order. Sometimes it's forgotten. Parking is here along with a coffee hut, bar, Local Market, tap room and and a few others.

For a taco truck, I highly recommend it. You can tell this place is good, based on the long line Hispanic clients are always waiting to get their food. Authentic Mexican food. Nice set of outdoor tables to sit under cover or put by the water. Fast service, even when they're busy.

I have never had a dull meal from this food truck, everey meal on the menu is verey hearty and flavorful. There is also a wide variety of meat options to chose from, as well as the hot sauce served with everey meal being top tier. Me and my family gets food from here regularly.

Food was fine but not amazing. I got 3 of the hard shell tacos. Chicken and ground beef. The beef had good flavor. Chicken was ok. They are very small tacos so I'm glad I got 3. Also got Mulitas. Husband liked these. I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here again but if I was hungry and in the area, then maybe. Friendly staff.
