Domino's Pizza - Gig Harbor

Super disappointed with this store and the quality of resolution when there is an error. Ordered a pizza for pick up from the app, two toppings that were paid for were not on the pizza. Called in to request the amount paid for the items be credited to my account to go towards my next order and was placed on hold. Steve then came on the line and I had to explain again why I was calling. He argued with me about what my toppings where and said my last pizza was free. He asked more than once what number I used. I again told him I ordered on the app and my number hasn 't changed in 10 years. I told him this was incorrect as I had paid $33 cash yesterday. He laughed and said I 'll give $5 just cause, if thats all you want I explained that I was a customer that paid for something I didn 't receive and that it isn 't just cause and that Ionly bothered calling because this wasn 't the first time. He then stated I just texted my manager and he 'll deal with you. I thanked him for accomplishing nothing and told him I didn 't want to go through this again, and hung up.

By far the best tasting Domino's yet. Great toppings and crust.

This was the best dominos pizza I've ever had in my life. Delivered timely and piping hot, late at night when no one else was even open, cooked to perfection. I may have been drinking, but I mean what I said. I was a tourist in Gig Harbor and even after a few meals down by the water, this was the best meal I had on my trip. The pizzas and cinnastix were made with far more love than any I've had in my home area.

We we're staying at an Inn downtown GH on the water wanting delivery for dinner to eat on the dock. We finally found Dominoes that would deliver. Little did we know one large $24 pizza would turn into $40 with a whopping $7 delivery fee, plus tax plus TIP! Yikes, thankfully it tasted good, not as crisp as we requested but still satisfying. Just a bit disappointing knowing we could have eaten at authentic Italian place for much less if just ordering pizza. The price one pays for convenience right?

I ordered delivery for my husband. He said the pizza was surprisingly excellent! Extremely fast delivery. Overpriced for a Dominos pizza with delivery though.
