Borgo Dell'etna - GIARRE

Do not expect “fine kitchen”. here you will get traditional Sicilian cuisine. that's all. but first-class. they can't wait anymore and it's worth the money. we liked it. try it and also try the “house wine”.

The staircase is very friendly and helpful. eating is great with a modern twist classic dishes and they wouldn't expect such a low price for it. if they are in a position, they should definitely visit this excellent restaurant.

The quality of food is bad. I'm pretty sure they reheated my lambchop with a microwave. they didn't even try to do it subtle. from the terrace we could hear the microwave beeper. the pasta that my friend ordered was much too underoccupied for al dente." surely it was not worth the money (overpriced) than hospiting the etna hotel I recommend taking the car and eating somewhere else. if they are not hospitable, they should not come. the intention is not worth the poor quality of food.

Average eating, beautiful ambiente - seems to rely on guests from the neighboring hotel. we ate there twice during our stay, but there are better restaurants in front of location that offer a better value.
