LOFT Restaurant Bar Lounge - Gersthofen

We spent one night in Gersthofen and was this venue was recommended to us, by the Ibis hotel, where we staying. It is located in an industrial area, above a leisure centre, you gain access at the the side of the building.The staff were extremely friendly and spoke broken English, which was a great asset, as one of our colleagues was gluten free and vegetarian.The food was excellent, especially the pork medallions. We found the prices good value for money and the staff were very accommodating. This is a hidden gem and well worth finding. I highly recommend this restaurant.

We spent one night in Gersthofen and decided to try this place as it was only 1 mile from the hotel. It's located in an industrial area, but the atmosphere, service and food were worth every Euro we spent.

My wife, son (7) and I were staying at the ibis on the outskirts of Augsburg while doing a two day trip to Legoland and went here on the first night on the recommendation of reception at the hotel as it was late when we arrived. We walked in without reservation on Saturday night and it was very busy with a great atmosphere. They found us a table straight away and the staff were really helpful and friendly. We weren't too adventurous and simply ordered the burgers, but they were delicious. And very generous in portion. Drinks were good too. It wasn't cheap, probably 50 Euros for the three of us with drinks. But it felt value for money due to the quality and quantity of food. Looking around the salads looked amazing and the specialities of the house were steaks which also looked incredible. So definitely would recommend hunting this place out.

Wonderful - fabulous restaurant - great service - the steak was cooked to perfection and the salads are lovely - second time we have been whilst travelling through Europe - we actually planned the trip so we could return - such a quirky place too - Certainly recommend - friendly and helpful staff

A nice place to have dinner. It's quiet with good spacing between tables for privacy. In the summer time they have outside dining as well. I highly recommend this place.
