Starbucks - Germantown

This location is so-so. Not a lot of seating. The staff is not rude but clearly have better things to do than take your order. My mocha on the weak side.

My drinks were fire! That I got off my phone they didn't skip a beat

The first impression is the key that this place gets from me. the staff was friendly when they boarded. my coffee tasted some water down, but one of the batistas (morgan) gave me a fresh cup without hesitation. it is rare to find people who are sincerely friendly nowadays. this is the first, but not the last, I come to this place.

I was greeted when I first walked in the staff were very nice and suggested I try another coffee!

Rosanna is super awesome. She knows how to lift people spirit instantly with her cheerful attitude. The entire employees work well together, they are like a well oiled machine helping each other out. Very impressed!
