New Village - Germantown

I ate there today. I ordered fried rice and pepper steak. My steak was not done. Medium well/raw. It was red. This place is packed every weekend. I was very disappointed in my food.

My wife's favorite dinner from the restaurant is egg drop soup and shrimp in lobster sauce. I ordered a take-away for dinner. The soup was, as usual, very good. However, the shrimp in lobster sauce was very disappointing. There was plenty of shrimp but the sauce was watery, thin, and lacking flavor. Also, had very little vegetables in it, i.e. four slices of mushroom (that is like 1/2 of a mushroom), a few bits of carrot, and a few peas. It is as if they are

I ordered take out roasted pork and chicken with roasted pork lunch boxes, guess what, all roasted pork came with FAT, ONLY 1% is meat, it?s totally ridiculous. I do not recommend my friends order from them.

Great price for good food. It wasn’t crowded for Saturday night. Crispy chicken was the best but duck was salty.
