läs merTo me, House of Fortune is a high 4-star - low 5-star restaurant.
It is a good place to have a breakfast or brunch Crispy hash browns(made from stick rice) were very good.
Highlights were the sweet soy milk (豆浆) and the you tiao (油条)The soy milk was in a huge bowl and just the right amount of sweetness for me.
