En Asian Bistro And Sushi - Germantown

Located Downtown Germantown, directly across from the Blackrock Center for the Arts and the library. I've been eating here since it first opened. The sushi is always fresh, and their take on vegetarian Chinese food is great. The menu contains a wide variety of foods that would appeal to most people. Even after moving out of the Germantown area, I still make the trip back for this sushi. It's well worth the hour plus drive each way.
