Chipotle Mexican Grill - Germantown

I just want to take a moment to give the team today a kiss. This is the first chipotle I had, that was super efficient and the people on the line are SO KIND. I am very special about my bowl and they were very accommodating. The food is extra tasteful and the Fajitas were made directly - not over cooked! I usually get dry steak, but that was perfect. Everywhere else you will get from some mugged or simply not get a good customer service Vibe if you are specific about your bowl. Here the first employee (silberge braid) very personally and patiently with everyone. I really appreciate her. You don't know what people go through and the fact that in today's short staff period while Covid could be so friendly and patient - it means so much! Great team!

So, this chipotle is certainly different from some of the other locations. The young staff was knowledgeable and SWIFT. I was on the phone (which is quite rude, I know, forgive me) and they still got my halfway attention even through the line without a swallow. The cashier was female, she was kind and attentive, the guys who prepared the food we are gentlemen and ready to rock. If you need chipotle... Go to this. End of discussion.

I always enjoy their Burritos and Tacos. I wish they had (halal) options for chicken and beef Burritos or Tacos. Very recommended!

Here they only try to give you a spoon and a half full of my rice. Every time I get chips, they're not fresh. They forgot to put my guacamole in their pocket, must be back for them and a lady could not tell me how to add points to the app after forgetting to scan the entrance. At least they should know about the Chipotle app and how it works...

This location needs to learn how to order supplies properly. Every time I go something is out and they wait until your at that part in ordering to say. We out of cheese today . Your next to Gaint grab some cheese, sour cream, lettuce. Come on now. Or put sign up that says we 're out of XYZ today to save time.
