Bidra med feedbackThe service was the best I have seen since in a very long time. The employees were always smiling and interacting with the customers. The place was spotless clean and the food came out fast and hot. They definitely get 5 stars from me and my highestrecommendation!
We ordered our food. The young man have is a number and we went to sit down. The first table had ants all over the top so we selected another table. The same young man brought us our food. We mentioned the ants and he said It 's raining outsidethat 's probably why they are on the table. He didn 't bother to take care of the ants at all. The food wasn 't as good as thelast time we were there.
Terrance was THE best. These days a good attitude is hard to find. He was super nice. Great demeanor. Even my 12-yo son commented on how nice and happy he was!!! We need more Terrance?s in this world! Great job!
Chris Fazoli's 1740 was beyond fabulous during our visit. He was eff managing the front desk, running out food and checking on the dining room patrons all at the same time. He did all of this with a smile , gracious attitude and very pleasant to haveconversation with. You need more employees like him!!! Way to go Chris!!!...and thank you for making our visit to Fazoli's anawesome one.
Understaffed so much you have to ring yourself up then wait for your cup while the one girl working the front gets done delivering food to get your cup. What little tea was out was soured. Forever wait for food and no refill on breadsticks.
