Excellent place to eat and also great customer service

Personally one of my visits to Guyana and a must to visit when you are in Guyana. The Bistró offers food for lunch and dinner as well as breakfast I believe. Her food never disappointed me with the portions and taste. The servers at the Waterloo branch are my favorite, they are always attentive and helpful especially my guy Stephen (don't forget to tap! . The only reason I didn't give five stars is because service quality was incompatible over the years. You also have different channels to contact, but some of them never work (e.g. Facebook Messenger

Now offering breakfast!! Good choice on the menu; nice blend of international regulars such as the Frittata and eggs Benedict (some of which came a hint of local flavour such as the French toast with mango and coconut) as well as local staples like pepper pot or bake and salt fish. Service was decent, quality of food was exceptional and setting was clean. It’s not cheap, but quality comes with a price.

Food was good on the whole, had to send one back as it was too salty, the pork chops were succulent and the chicken fingers were very tasty with the habenero sauce. The service was excellent with the waiter always checking in. The atmosphere was nice and busy as it was lunch time. Good food here and the portions are large.

Middle street outlet ... Finds itself at a crossroad and a decision need to be take quickly ... The bar was over powering the ambiance for guest who were dining in, music was loud and persons at the bar were also very loud because of the excessively loud music, good spot but they need to lower the music. My table was shaky.
