Upbeat Cafe Music Venue - Georgetown

Quaint Coffee Shop with a personal feel and beautiful wood decoration. The food was delicious and the coffee shop felt comfortable.

The Upbeat Cafe is a fantastic spot to gather with friends or even make new ones! The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. The locally roasted coffee is delicious and I highly recommend trying it. The food options, including soups, salads, and sandwiches, are also excellent. I would rate this cafe a 10 out of 5 stars. Additionally, depending on the season, you may want to sit on the front or back terrace if the weather is nice.

We recently returned to the city and were pleased to find that Upbeat is still a Georgetown favorite! The prices are great and they offer daily coffee specials that you won't find at Starbucks. The owner, Christy, mentioned that they are also working on adding more gluten-free options to their menu.

My husband and I stopped here today while I saw in the area. A sweet little place with fun art work and a relaxing atmosphere. My husband had only simple coffee and I had Southern Pecan, both very good. After check-out, the sandwich menu decided for lunch. Hubby had grilled cheese he said was great and I had grilled Pimento cheese, which was also very delicious. My only complaint, if you can call it that, it was so much Pimento cheese that it did not melt all the way to the center not a bad situation to find yourself. The staff was super friendly and they offer free coffee refills and a cup to go if you want one.

This is one of my top lunch spots! The atmosphere is cozy, the staff is friendly, and the food is delicious. I always have a great time here. Christy and her team do an excellent job.
