Good size nice tasting food manager was great as he gave us a free ice cream, we will surely go back

I absolutely adore this restaurant - it takes me back to my youth. The food is incredibly delicious and fresh, and the staff is very friendly. I was surprised to read other reviews claiming the owner was rude; in my experience, he has always been pleasant and welcoming.

The kind man who packed a bag for my partner did not inquire if he had brought it with him.

Overall, the dining experience is really enjoyable at this restaurant. However, when it comes to ordering delivery, it can be inconsistent. Sometimes we receive fries, other times we don't. Sometimes we get ice, and other times we receive a liquid they claim is a milkshake. Despite this, the food is really delicious. The burgers are large, juicy, and not greasy. The unique and flavorful sauce they use sets them apart from other big chain restaurants.

It was the only place in Basildon open for coffee after 6pm. They close at 8pm. Closed on Sundays. Friendly proprietor.
