Beautiful location in the heart of the garden route with beautiful view. extremely low prices for what they get. very friendly helpful staff.

Great location, set in nature. Bad care. Below average breakfast. Low human resources. So much potential, but missed the brand.

The entrance to the hotel is absolutely amazing. Space as great potential to be a top destination for visitors, but usually will fall. Beautiful view of spacious bedroom, but bedding has been stained. We couldn't get any air suckers to work. The fireplace didn't work. Pillows are totally worn out. Breakfast was good. Would I go back or recommend it? No. Certainly not until management takes responsibility and corrects itself. Nothing like crisp white linen after a long day

Was through on the way to business and when I was pricing on line a room for one was R400 night, which was the cheapest in George. I could add that it was only luke warm water and rooms were very old fashion with terrivle TV and no channels BUT room was clean, bed extremely comfortable and I had a welcome night to sleep. The night staff were very helpful and went out of the way to accuse me. Well done.

Bedding stained. Requested clean bedding. Wont go back
