Mcdonald's - George West

The food was good, and I am not a fan of McDonald's, but we were hungry! However, I must give a bad review due to the terrible customer service. We placed our order at a kiosk, and when the manager called our order number, they just tossed the food onto the counter and walked away. If someone was starving and looking for a free meal, they could come here because no one paid attention to them!

This McDonald's is the best ever! They brought us our food within 10 seconds of ordering and everything was correct. Plus, they even brought our drinks before we finished ordering.

Not good. They forgot my chicken sauce. When I went back, the staff member at the counter tried to avoid eye contact and was constantly on the phone. I also noticed a person in a black tie - not sure if they were an assistant or not.
